The first step is to call us. We listen. This is a phone assessment, and we gather basic
information about your space and you. When you’re ready for a visit, we set up an appointment for a home assessment. |

A home assessment involves a walk-through of the problem areas. We discuss what is
working and what isn’t, possible solutions, goals, your specific needs, and a timeframe of working together. |

We write up a summary of what was seen and discussed on the tour, and send you a copy
via e-mail. You make any changes you deem necessary, and return the summary. This
becomes the contractual agreement from which we will work. |

We arrive with any organizing materials, personal shopping items, or team members
that you requested. |

We work with you one on one and discuss what you can do in between appointments to
make a difference and to save money. |

We transfer organizational skills to you so you can maintain the space.
